How are newspaper pencils made?

The newspaper sheet is dig half, horizontally. The piece of lead, which is sourced from India, is placed at one corner and must be stuck manually. A machine is used to tightly roll the paper round the lead and special glue is applied simultaneously and evenly inside all the layers.
